Limited early access now forming

See what happened before the alarm.

IgniVue™ connects IP cameras with OPC UA event data to automatically capture video before and after critical industrial events.

We are validating IgniVue with plants, OEMs, integrators, and engineering teams that already use OPC UA events and need better visual evidence.

The validation hypothesis

Industrial teams have event logs and video, but rarely the right clip at the right moment.

Control systems know when something happened. Cameras may have seen it. IgniVue is being designed to connect both: automatic event-linked video capture for the moments before, during, and after the trigger.

01

Alarms without context

Event logs show the timestamp, but not what operators, machines, materials, or process conditions looked like at that moment.

02

Manual video search

Reviewing hours of camera footage after a trip, spark detection, fire event, jam, or safety alarm is slow and inconsistent.

03

Lost pre-event evidence

The most valuable evidence often occurs before the event, when root causes begin to develop and operators still have time to react.

How IgniVue works

A practical bridge between live cameras and industrial event data.

IgniVue continuously records selected IP camera streams into a rolling buffer. When an OPC UA tag changes state, IgniVue marks the event and saves a complete clip that includes the selected time window before and after the trigger.

1

Connect IP cameras

Use fixed industrial cameras, PoE cameras, or existing RTSP-compatible camera streams where visual context matters.

2

Read OPC UA tags

Map each camera or zone to a boolean, alarm, event, trip, detection, or process signal from any OPC UA server.

3

Capture the timeline

On a rising event, IgniVue preserves the pre-event buffer and continues recording the post-event window automatically.

4

Review and export

Operators and engineers can quickly review clips, understand event sequence, and share evidence for troubleshooting.

What we are validating

Built for industrial visibility, not generic surveillance.

The early-access program will help prioritize the workflows that matter most: camera count, OPC UA event logic, pre/post recording windows, review interface, export, and deployment architecture.

OPC UA event triggering

Use existing automation signals to trigger video preservation without requiring manual operator action.

Configurable pre/post recording

Define how much video is kept before and after each event according to the risk and process speed.

Zone-to-camera mapping

Associate each event tag with the most relevant camera, production area, or protection zone.

Local industrial deployment

Run near the process network with a clear separation between cameras, automation data, and review workflows.

Evidence for root-cause analysis

Support incident review, maintenance troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement with visual records.

Use cases we want to learn from

  • Fire prevention and suppression systems where a detection event needs visual confirmation.
  • Spark detection, flame detection, dust extraction, shredders, conveyors, mills, filters, and dryers.
  • PLC, SCADA, DCS, or machine-control events exposed through an OPC UA server.
  • Production stops, interlocks, equipment trips, jams, abnormal vibration, temperature alarms, or emergency stops.
  • Industrial plants that already have IP cameras but lack automatic event-based evidence capture.
  • Service teams that need compact event clips instead of long raw surveillance recordings.
Who should join

For teams willing to help shape the product around real industrial events.

IgniVue is looking for early conversations with teams that already have event data, IP cameras, and a clear need for faster visual investigation.

Plant operations

Teams that need immediate context when alarms, trips, or process deviations occur.

Maintenance teams

Groups that troubleshoot recurring stops, jams, equipment trips, and abnormal events.

Safety and fire protection

Professionals who review detections, incidents, and protection-system activations.

System integrators

Companies that want to add an event-video layer to OPC UA-enabled industrial systems.

Have a real OPC UA event-video use case?

We want to hear from industrial teams with active alarms, detections, process trips, or safety events where visual evidence could reduce investigation time.
